PT. Java Seafood was established in July 2011 and started production from July 2014 and it is one of the largest surimi plant which as 8,000 MT production capacity in Indonesia.

It is employed by 250 workers to produce premium surimi with Indonesia natural heritage and resources.

JVS's competitive advantage is due to the strategic location which is surrounded plenty and short-distanced by fishing ports.

 

Raw Material


The diversity of Itoyori supply allows JVS to collect across the shore of Indramayu.
Itoyori fish, among the tropical fishes is known to be used in premium surimi production because apart of its abundant availability,

it contans high gel-forming properties, white coloration, and  pleasant taste.

JVS has international required quality assurance programs including the proper water and temperature adjustment also hygiene and sanitary regulation to meet adequate quality standard.
