PT Java Seafood is a professional seafood processing company based in Indonesia, dedicated to producing premium Surimi, Frozen Fish, Fish Meal, and Value-Added Seafood Products.
With our main office in South Jakarta and a modern processing facility in Indramayu, West Java, we are strategically located near the rich fishing grounds of the Java Sea, ensuring access to the freshest raw materials every day. Our 2-hectare facility, operated by over 1,500 skilled employees working in two shifts, is equipped with advanced freezing, processing, and laboratory systems to maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
Since our establishment, Java Seafood has remained committed to product excellence, freshness, and operational efficiency, ensuring that every product we deliver meets international standards. Today, we proudly serve customers across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, supplying both industrial buyers and retail brands with reliable, high-quality seafood products that embody Indonesia’s natural richness and craftsmanship.

Supply Chain & Management
To ensure that our customers receive only the freshest seafood, Java Seafood maintains a fully integrated Supply Chain Management System (SCM). Our proximity to the coast allows us to receive raw fish directly from local fishermen and trusted suppliers within hours of catch.
The process follows a tightly controlled sequence:
Arriving → Sorting → Processing → Freezing → Packaging → Delivery
Every stage is carefully monitored for temperature, hygiene, and timing to preserve the natural texture and flavor of the seafood.
We work closely with logistics partners to maintain a cold chain system from our facility to the customer’s destination, ensuring product quality remains intact even during international shipping.
Our Operating Policy
We uphold strict standards to ensure cleanliness, freshness, and food safety through every step of our process. Based on Japanese quality philosophy. Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke. We maintain a disciplined, efficient, and hygienic workplace through regular staff training and inspection.
