PT. Java Seafood was established in July 2011 and started production from July 2014 and it is one of the largest surimi plant which has 12,000 MT production capacity in Indonesia. It is employed by 1,500 workers to produce premium surimi with Indonesia natural heritage and resources. JSF competitive advantage is due to the strategic location which is surrounded by plenty and short-distanced fishing ports.

Under essential quality control and technique, Java Seafood provides its market with Itoyori surimi from grade SA, FA, AAA, AA, and A.

“Nothing is better than pure” Java Seafood believes surimi quality relies on its techniques and the type of fish used. With the absence of blood, skin, and brown meat from just Itoyori fish, the processed surimi, followed by delicately refined techniques, will reach the highest purity level.

“Location does matter.” Java Seafood’s competitive advantage is its strategic location surrounded by many and short-distance fishing ports, which reduces the time lapse between catching and processing to avoid product degradation.
